Triple H comes out and hypes the crowd. Michael Cole & Nigel McGuinness on commentary. Andy Shepherd ring announcing.

1)      WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament First Round match: Trent Seven vs H.C. Dyer

Winner: Seven after nailing H.C. with a Spinning Back Fist, he followed with The Seven Star Lariat (Rainmaker) to get the victory.

2)      WWE UK Championship Tournament First Round match: Danny Burch vs Jordan Devlin

Winner: Devlin after Burch charged into the corner and Jordan countered with a modified Stomp, positioning himself to follow with a Hurricane Kick, busting Burch open and dropping him to the mat, where Jordan covered and picked up a controversial 3 count, as Burch seemed to kick out at 2.

The Fans booed, Burch, blood soaked, looked for a handshake, Jordan drops him with a kick.

3)      WWE UK Championship Tournament First Round match: Saxon Huxley vs Sam Gradwell

Winner: Gradwell after cleaning Huxley’s clock with a European Uppercut, giving himself time to go to the top and hit a Swan Dive Headbutt to get the victory.

4)      WWE UK Championship Tournament First Round match: “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne vs “Body Guy” Roy Johnson

Winner: Dunne after side-stepping Roy, as he charged in and snapping off a German Suplex, following with The X Plex and the cover, but Roy kicked out at 2. Dunne quickly hits The Bitter End (Pump Handle Flatliner) to get the 3.

5)      WWE UK Championship Tournament First Round match: Wolfgang vs Tyson T-Bone

Winner: Wolfgang after T-Bone stopped Wolfgang’s momentum as he climbed up with a Punch and climbed himself to position for a Superplex. Wolfgang blocked, dropped T-Bone with a Front Suplex and followed with a Swonton Bomb for the pin.

6)      WWE UK Championship Tournament First Round match: Joseph Connors vs James Drake

Winner: Connors after catching Drake with a Back Elbow and immediately putting a knee out for a Backbreaker, allowing Joseph to follow with The DLD (Bearhug Flatliner) and get the pin.

7)      WWE UK Championship Tournament First Round match: Mark Andrews vs Dan Moloney

Winner: Andrews after countering a Suplex into The Stun Dog Millionaire, before going to the top and hitting The Shooting Star Press to get the win.

8)      WWE UK Championship Tournament First Round match: Tyler Bate vs Tucker

Winner: Bate after rocking Tucker with a Big Boot, Tucker came back with a Forearm, rocking Bate into a Rebound Whirlwind Kick! Tyler followed with The Tyler Driver ’97 to get the win.

William Regal & Nigel McGuinness hype the Quarterfinals, with Nigel announcing the matches and the competitors facing off on the stage. Pete Dunne attacked Sam Gradwell!

WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament Part 2

January 15^th, 2017

From The Empress Ballroom in Blackpool, England

1)      WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament Quarterfinal Round match: “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne vs Sam Gradwell

Winner: Dunne after Pete pushed Sam, who was sitting on the top, causing him to crash hard on the apron and floor. Sam wills himself back in at the 9 count, only for Dunne to Scoop Slam him into the turnbuckles and cover for the 3

Dunne lays out Sam with The Bitter End, before leaving the ring.

2)      WWE UK Championship Tournament Quarterfinal Round match: Mark Andrews vs Joseph Connors

Winner: Andrews after Connors hit his Back Elbow into a Backbreaker, but looked to follow up with a Vertical Suplex, only for Mark to counter with The Stun Dog Millionaire! This put Connors in position for Andrews to go to the top and score with a Shooting Star Press for the 3.

3)      WWE UK Championship Tournament Quarterfinal Round match: Wolfgang vs Trent Seven

Winner: Wolfgang after Trent set up on the top for a Piledriver, but Wolfie fought him off and followed with a Swonton Bomb to Trent’s back, covering for the BIG WIN!

4)      WWE UK Championship Tournament Quarterfinal Round match: Tyler Bate vs Jordan Devlin

Winner: Bate with The Tyler Driver ‘97

5)      WWE UK Championship Tournament Semifinal Round match: “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne vs Mark Andrews

Winner: Dunne after tossing Mark with The X Plex, before hitting The Bitter End and picking up the win.

6)      WWE UK Championship Tournament Semifinal Round match: Wolfgang vs Tyler Bate

Winner: Bate after Wolfgang pulled him into a Fireman’s Carry, only for Bate to counter out and dump Wolfie with The Tyler Driver ’97 for the win.

“King” Neville makes his way to the ring. He cuts a promo on being overlooked, again, and deserving to be in the UK Championship Tournament. He said they wanted a fair competition and with him in the tournament, it would be easy. Neville says no man on the continent can stand across from him, bringing out TOMMY END!

7)      “King” Neville vs Tommy End

Winner: Neville after taking End off the top with a Super Frankensteiner, putting him in position for Neville to go back to the top and snap off The Red Arrow for the win!

Charly Caruso is in the back, updating Tyler Bate’s condition. She announces that Bate has a separated AC joint in his shoulder, but he has been cleared to wrestle.

Finn Balor comes to the ring! He puts over the UK scene and says the fans made this happen. “We deserve it” chants. Balor hypes the Final.

8)      WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament Final: “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne vs Tyler Bate

Winner and THE FIRST WWE UK CHAMPION: Bate after they traded hard slaps, Dunne BLASTED Bate with a Right Elbow strike, knocking Bate into the ropes, where he fired off a Capo Kick! The crowd and Tyler fired up, as Bate scored with another Capo Kick and then used The Tyler Driver ’97 to put Dunne down for the 3! (AWESOME)
